Canal cafe closes
Given the continuing spread of Covid19, we have taken the decision (22 March) to close our Canal cafe until further notice.
We would like to thank all of our customers for supporting us and we will miss you all.
Please keep an eye open for news updates, either via Facebook @chichestershipcanal or on our website
If you have an urgent enquiry, please contact our cafe and bookings team at boxoffice@nullchichestercanal.com
For non urgent queries and general information, please email us at info@nullchichestercanal.com
At present, our waterway remains open for paddle boarding and small non motorised craft such as kayaks, for those with a Canal licence. Our towpath also remains open for walkers and cyclists (where permitted), but please do follow the guidelines for social distancing. Please watch our social media posts for any changes.
Finally, just to say that this Tuesday, 24th, you may see our volunteer work party hard at work disposing of the weed collected on Friday. Beyond that, they will not meet except for essential maintenance.
It goes without saying that we hope to see you all again very soon, and once again, our thanks for your magnificent support. We will regularly share some wonderful images of the Canal and its environs on our social media pages, so we can stay in touch. In the meantime, please take care and stay well.
