Dragon boat racing review
After a very wet start, the day proved to be a roaring success with crowds at least as big as previous years. 8 very competitive teams and without exception, every race finished virtually neck and neck. The exciting event was won by Boaty McBoatface aka Thesis Asset Management, who just pipped the Richmond Royals. Our very own Canal Canardlies came a creditable 3rd.
Always a fun day out! Our thanks to Rotary (Priory) and to our fabulous volunteers for making this charity fundraising day so successful. Hope to see you there next year.
