Not one but two acts….
From 3.30 onwards, the folk duo “Chipping Away” aka Phil and Jane will be entertaining us with a mix of well known and self-penned folk songs. They met a few years ago at a local folk club and have been singing together ever since, with recent appearances at folk festivals and clubs across the south of England. So sit back, relax, listen, or join in with the songs that you may recognise.
A brass ensemble from the Chichester City Band will also be playing a number of festive favourites for you to enjoy. The band was formed in 1897 and has a long and proud history. Today, this award winning group of about 30 amateur musicians is well known locally and we are delighted to welcome some of them to add some Christmas sparkle to the afternoon.
