Pre-book to enjoy water activities
Whether you want to be active or passive on the water, we have something to offer everyone.
It seems a long time since we were able to offer water activities but finally we have introduced some Covid secure things for you to do.
Our rowing boats are proving to be very popular in this sunny weather. Pre-booking a slot is absolutely essential to allow us to manage numbers and time to appropriately sanitise the boats and equipment.
Our popular public cruises are re-starting on Friday, 14th August. Just one trip a day, running Tuesday to Sunday. We will be carrying a limited number of passengers in order to adhere to social distancing advice. Full details at https://chichestercanal.org.uk/boat-trips/scheduled-trips/
Or maybe you fancy a paddleboarding session? Our friends at TJ Boardhire can hire out boards and offer training for individuals, couples or small family groups. To find out more please call Tony and Gemma on 07817 007410.
If you own a paddleboard or kayak, you can purchase a day or annual licence and bring your craft down to the Basin or Hunston to launch.
