Thank you to our volunteers

At the start of Volunteers’ Week we would like to say a big ‘thank you’ to all our volunteers who help to make the canal what it is today:  running boat trips, serving in the cafe, maintaining our fleet of boats, looking after the towpaths and the canal environment, providing community-focused activities and fulfilling many other roles which are not often seen but are vitally important to the success of our operation.

The commitment and dedication of our volunteers, whether they can spare a lot of time or only a little, is tremendous, and we are very grateful to everyone involved.
